Pros

Pay is great so are the benefits, cool events and engagement activities

Cons

rampant office politics and power tripping - manager excludes people they don't like from discussions and goes out of their way to ice those people out - immature and incompetent team leaders that constantly talk behind your back and undermine you - too much drama and at times hostile because no emotional regulation happens - band 25 colleagues have to fill in gaps when instructions are given as leaders are unable to grasp subject matter and unable to cascade information diligently - lack of planning causes a lot of frenzy and disrupts work flow - disrespect colleagues opinions that are more aware of the work flow

Pros

None that I can think of at the moment

Cons

- Zero work-life balance, constantly working on weekends - Misleading PTO policy (Federal holidays require you to use PTO, despite most of the business and even facilities being closed on these days) - PTO policy actively discourages taking PTO - Limited "perks" - Doing *anything at all* requires extensive levels of approval and on-boarding

Pros

- Great relationship with peers, most people super friendly and want to build rapport on a personal basis. - Strong brand and product.

Cons

- Real shift in culture over the last 12 months, feels like the fun has been sucked away. - An insane amount of approval processes introduced to do nearly anything, all launched half-baked and without support which means lots of wasted hours and stress. - Archaic systems and tools. - Letting go of good, high performing people, whilst others that barely go above and beyond continue to coast by. - Some real toxicity at a Senior Leadership level and clear favouritism. Few walking the talk when it comes to Leadership Behaviours. - If you’re outside of the US don’t expect to get promoted any time soon. They’ll dangle the carrot for years and nothing will change. People sit in roles for years and years so any chance at climbing the ladder is non existent. International talent often overlooked. - Seems like less Diversity and Inclusion focused events recently.
