Pros

It's freedom to arrange your working time and good cooperation with other colleagues. There are lot of training opportunity to improve myself. There is the chance to exchange the working country with other internal company.

Cons

The workload was little bit heavy for the leader of the team. The travelling arrangement is very tight. I am tired to travel everywhere.
