Have to mislead customers. Equipment not always tested before customer shipment. Good employees left leaving C and D employees on deck.

While working at Andritz i found that teamwork was key, the crew really helped each other out, salary was good and the benefits were as well.

Cons

It was difficult for transparency the higher ups kept the crew in the dark until last minute about important things, management would put blames on crew more often than none.
