      The fact it is international allows you to meet people from all over the world. You work on projects with colleagues in different countries.

      Good enviroment, is kind and people is always willing to share knowledge and experience

      Salaries could be no attractive as in other places, lot of workload, may be far if dont have a car.

      Pros

      I was working for the R&D department in Zurich, for hydraulic turbine development. Very interesting business, where the R&D has to be done for every new project. There is always something new to do. Great work and life balance

      Cons

      As the R&D is split into several locations, the career opportunities are a bit limited in one location, or you have to move abroad.
