Not a lot to report.

Cons

Lack of respect for employees. During coronavirus asked everybody to take a pay cut. Then when things were back to normal, decided to change vacation policy making it longer to get additional vacation then previously. Also, does not offer the 37.5 hrs/week like its competitors.
