      Pros

      Good people, good schedule, plant manager is easy to work with and understanding.

      Cons

      Just a number at work. Underpaid compared to others companies in the same line of work. Employees are undervalued and ownership does nothing to make you feel appreciated.

      Coworkers make the job worth it, salary is low, bonus not great.

      Awesome coworkers (we’re all on the same page), great boss (doesn’t micromanage), Hybrid work available 2 days per week.

      Cons

      Job is boring (sitting at a computer most of the time), we have to deal with Europeans, not enough communications between departments. (Ex: sales & engineering)
