- Pathetic work culture - Not employee friendly at all - No recognition program - Employee benefit programs missing - Salary way below industry standards - Variable salary a part of CTC; most employees end up getting a negative CTC after each calendar year appraisal cycle! - No job rotation program - Top heavy organisation starting with 3 Managing Directors! - Attrition rate has been on the rise - 10 hour working day!
