      * Market leading product * Sensible top leadership * Innovative and fast-delivery culture * Timely promotion of top performers

      Cons

      * Startup pains in terms of lacking established engineering processes, tools and frameworks, but this provided opportunity to learn and is surely improving over time.

      Pros

      Startup culture still remains. Have met many energetic and talented people who always try to do the right thing for the company. People are really supportive and friendly. Very flexible work-from-home and work-remotely policy.

      Cons

      Technology stack might not be the latest and the greatest. Innovation is still there. However, it comes at a slower pace (as core product becomes mature).

      Pros

      Very difficult job that encourages sales to be executed the way it should be with a framework guiding our day to day, week to week activities to ensure that business is being driven forward and time is spent effectively.

      Cons

      Without proper management there can be a tremendous amount of noise, it takes a particular skillset to ensure success and focus on what matters.
