* Traveling Job (or at least as Consultant) about 4 days a week * Management wants to make it as comfortable as possible for you * Management listens to your needs and also is very sensible * I have got the feeling that I am as person is important to the value

* Traveling job - you need to manage your life and customer, can be hard to be away from your family and friends

nice people, some good leadership...

Cons

They tried to fix the product, by putting unqualified persons in those leadership positions, that just made things worse. A few people run the whole company. Leadership made some bad decisions by bowing down to some sales people, and sales leadership. AppD has become a company of a sales org with a software problem.
