      Pros

      Great career growth. Startup culture, where you're able to make an impact with great mentorship. Incredibly down to earth and you'll be working with talented people. The perks and employee programs are hard to beat as well!

      Cons

      As a high-growth company, we move quickly here and sometimes in ambiguity without structure. There has been some challenges with the Cisco Acquisition, but we are only moving up from here!

      Teams that want to do the right thing. Culture that cares about it's employees. Perks that make the growing pains worth it!

      Cons

      As AppD merges with Cisco, there are obvious growing pains. But it is more of a productive challenge than a setback.
