      Pros

      Working at this company has been such an incredible experience on every front. The biggest pro is definitely culture. This is a place where leaders at every level encourage you to reach out and ask for help or get involved in something you are interested in, even if its not a part of your direct role. In my role I wear many hats and am always learning something new from everyone here.

      Cons

      There is so much opportunity and it can be easy to get lost in the excitement of it all. Thankfully the employee communications team sends out a weekly newsletter to keep us informed.

      Pros

      -Cisco acquisition benefited AppD with lots of resources and great benefits -Perks are the best- free breakfast Mondays and lunch Tuesday and Thursdays are great, weekly massages on the house -The culture is fun and supportive. The office is lively and its fun to be at work -Products are cutting edge and the company is growing quickly allowing for promotional opportunities and tons of great experience

      Cons

      -There are some typically growing pains, but the company is aware and always thinking about how to support employees through different changes
