      Clear goals and mission Technology that works and solves real problems for real customers Clear lines of accountability and responsibility

      Cons

      Intense activity levels, the rewards are here, but this is no lifestyle job Technical staff need huge breadth of experience from deep technology to business pain, which can make a steep learning curve for some (or an exciting challenge)

      Pros

      Working with super smart and inspiring people every day has really helped me to learn quickly plus develop my career. I love the fast pace, the constant challenges and that no two days are the same. There's a culture of commitment to excellence and never being average no matter what role you have here. Everyone in the team has had to earn the right to get a job here and everyone is highly motivated to always achieve. This makes me really proud to be part of the team.

      AppD life isn't a 9-5, it can sometimes be challenging to balance everything that needs to be done.

      Not a con, but all in or nothing is the approach here - you have to be up to the challenge and have the appetite to succeed. AppDynamics isn't for passengers. Some late nights and weekends to achieve goals - it all depends if how much you want to succeed.
