      Pros

      The leadership at AppDynamics is first class. It led the business from a value of $100m to $3.7bn in around 4 years. This is pretty astounding and a testament to the way the leadership leads the company. If you are willing to be curious, work hard and invest in your career then the company will wholeheartedly invest in you. Recognition of the efforts and achievements of people is missing in so many businesses yet is core to AppD's values and its success. AppD is also forward thinking in terms of flexible working and actually follows through on allowing you to work where and when you want providing things get done.

      Cons

      Coffee machine in Bracknell doesn't make good coffee.

      Pros

      It's great to work with really really smart people all working hard. The product is genuinely the best on the market and the Cisco acquisition has only made it easier to hit your sales target.

      Offices are mediocre, some processes painful
