Cons

Not for the faint of heart. This is not a country club, this is a gym, people here will push you to be the best that you can be, max out those gains

The culture - people really care about their customers and each other! Collaboration - you won't find people clambering over each other to climb a greasy pole - we go forward together and learn from the bumps in the road. Strategy - the corporate and personal objectives are very clear, measurable and achievable Leadership - This starts at all levels from individual contributors to the executive team - ownership and accountability is important - leadership is very fair, inclusive and nobody expects anyone to do things here they wouldn't do themselves
