      Pros

      * Traveling Job (or at least as Consultant) about 4 days a week * Management wants to make it as comfortable as possible for you * Management listens to your needs and also is very sensible * I have got the feeling that I am as person is important to the value

      * Traveling job - you need to manage your life and customer, can be hard to be away from your family and friends

      Pros

      Great career growth. Startup culture, where you're able to make an impact with great mentorship. Incredibly down to earth and you'll be working with talented people. The perks and employee programs are hard to beat as well!

      Cons

      As a high-growth company, we move quickly here and sometimes in ambiguity without structure. There has been some challenges with the Cisco Acquisition, but we are only moving up from here!
