      Good Work-Life Balance. Manager respects you a lot here. Higher Manager acknowledge for the work or the effort that you put in. Great learning place from seniors Sports activities are organized

      Cons

      Bracknell wasn't the best location, but it's doable once a week... Great news, we're moving from this office, so no need to travel to Bracknell anymore.

      Pros

      - Surrounded by probably the best and smartest people in the industry - Amazing career progression opportunities - Great mentorship - Great benefits - Great Culture - Awesome Product and Customer base - Free food every Monday and an osteopath every Monday and Wednesday - Free snacks - They look after their employees (you work hard, but you get given the tools and the right conditions to execute).

      Cons

      - Again not a Con for me - but it's not you average 9 to 5 job, so if that is what you are looking for - wrong place. - Not really a Con as I don't mind traveling, but it requires a fair amount of traveling
