      Pros

      -supportive teammates who encourage growth and celebrates wins -growth opportunities as long as you make an effort to talk to people -genuinely nice people all around -Cisco benefits is a plus

      -not as pet friendly as it used to be -a gym would be nice

      Pros

      The culture is high-spirited here at AppD. I love working with people who are passionate about living our company values, and making smart choices about how we work and play. Excellent compensation package.

      Cons

      It's not really a "con", but a tiny bit inconvenient that I have to travel every few months, since I am a distributed employee.

      Great workplace, good leaders, always revisiting the goals and making sure course corrections are done before it's too late.

      Cons

      HRs are not very connected with the employees and a better HR would make the company way better.
