      Good benefits, good work/life balance, snack bar, catered lunches, CISCO perks such as stocks, 401k match

      Cons

      While the Cisco acquisition was overall a good thing, it does create some complications when trying push through urgent work. Culture is moving in the right direction, but still needs some work. All the various departments are silo'd

      Pros

      I'm about 2 months into the job and am loving it. The whole team has been extremely welcoming from my interview process to now. People are very passionate about the company and products and it shows in the daily interactions I have with everyone.

      Cons

      Working primarily in consumer products, there was a big learning curve when I joined the company. Thankfully, my team is incredibly supportive, I'm given a ton of resources to continue learning on the job.
