Brilliant, inspirational management. Great company embracing new ideas and great at listening to them. Fantastic product. Great room to expand your career in the direction you choose - work hard and you will achieve great things! Amazing culture throughout the company. Loved working here and made many friends.

Pros

Flexible work hours, some smart people, good base pay. Product had a great start given the domain and competition.

Cons

Very poor management culture. Most managers lack basic communication skills, no investment in employee development, no feedback of any kind and HR haven't taken any steps towards improving this culture. Work is good in some teams, but most don't have any quality work which is understandable since the product has matured and product management seems to have run out of ideas on new features to add. Senior management is hypocritical.
