Money, learning & development, playing in the champions league is always great! Career opportunities everywhere...your numbers speak for it self

Cons

Not really besides we are growing super fast, so work hard play hard mentality. Adopting to their process can be challenging but you will get every resource you need to be great

Pros

Warm, welcoming environment, extremely friendly coworkers, helpful peers in reference to training, excellent benefits, flexible with PTO, "family" atmosphere. Perks include weekly catered meals, weekly massages, and exciting and fun quarterly business trips.

Cons

Extremely fast paced with very little ramp up time. Tends to be quite a bit of "favoritism". Work life balance is talked about as if they really respect it, but it isn't really executed as such.

Pros

Kickass core product, still the best in the class. Some really good engineers. Sales and marketing model is good too.

Cons

HR is one of the worst I have seen. Caution for all employees, do not fall for their "confidential upper management feedback" system. Rookie mid management, it is disheartening to see that senior management like "Yes-men" and opportunities are offered to undeserving fellows who have absolutely no idea how to manage people.
