Other than rapid growth company problems, haven't seen a lot in my 3 weeks.

Really great company that is well positioned to deliver the best APM software. Fast paced. Startup culture. Smart people. Product is really improving release to release in offering much needed functionality in the area of business analytics and end user monitoring.

Cons

Some of the management team is not well experienced and learns from making mistakes.

Great sales, strong revenue numbers, promising new ceo, strong growth in enterprise world, nice office space, good benefits, positive outlook for 2016

Cons

Poor engineering management, no long term strategy, wastage of resources on new product areas without much thinking, chaos and random things happen
