Cons
We are in transition and the change in scope of vision can be a bit elusive right now. New products can overwhelm teams who have historically been deep experts in a specific capability - this results in attrition when not managed well.
Joining Cisco was a culture shock and can be a turnoff to some. Turnover has been high as we retool and rebuild to support the future (I don't think this will last, but it is our reality right now)
