      NONE The upper many is oblivious

      Cons

      Attrition numbers increasing, turnover increasing moral descreasing. Collaboration is at convenience. BAs are substandard.

      Pros

      Efficient, decent systems and good snacks (I needed to fill the 5 word minimum)

      Cons

      culture, the real culture doesn't match the rhetoric. The management is immature, making decision based on "in group" vs. "out group" instead of relying on expertise to evaluate facts.
