-It is very apparent when managers pick favorites and tend to isolate the rest of the team to focus on the development of the "only" rising star -The culture/morale has been slipping quite a bit since the acquisition by Wipro. -Management is becoming a bit toxic, not facilitating opportunities of growth, but rather feeling more of a beating down for moments of failure -Work-life balance is thrown out the window if you hope to succeed at this company. Otherwise have fun being in limbo and never being recognized for the great work you actually do. -Under compensated compared to other firms of similar size

Wipro culture has taken over a once brilliant technically-driven company. Wipro has a tendency to place bodies at companies and collect revenue, without regard for innovation and nurturing a culture of openness. Also, Wipro has now decided to drop the Appirio brand. So all this awesome Appirio talent has been relegated to the Wipro brand. Low raises, incompetent upper management, body-shop style leadership. So be warned: You are not applying for a job at Appirio. You are applying for a job at Wipro. Look for continued attrition of the Appirio talent away from Wipro.
