      Pros

      The people are smart and operate as a team. Transparent leadership who interact with every level of the organization constantly. Offers and promotes fitness and life balance.

      Cons

      Virtual organization so keeping people moving in the same direction and involving them is challenging. Reorganization earlier this year caused some people and process issues.

      Pros

      I have yet to work with anything without a great work ethic and more importantly a great attitude. Everyone strives toward the same goal of getting things done right for our customers

      Cons

      Not really particular to the company rather than just the life of a consultant but depending on the project work/life balance can be a little tough to maintain.
