Pros

Appirio is on the growth path, locking horns with heavy weights like Accenture, Big 4s and the likes. Futuristic business model. Good work culture. Good team. Excellent top leadership and board.

Cons

Investment into people and processes will be critical to growth to next level. Politics creeping in just like any other company :( Designation inflation will discourage performance. Retaining right people is important vs retaining everyone.

- Work life balance: There is a lot of flexibility as long as I get my work done. - Great people: The team and people here are amazing. I get to learn a lot from everyone. - Opportunity to learn and grow: Appirio offers training and pays attention to individual learning paths which makes it stand out from the crowd. - Supportive management: Managers are understanding and super appreciative when members in the team do good work. It helps us stay motivated and happy.

Cons

As with any consultancy company, work load increases from time to time, but that's part of the job role.

Very flexible in working from home Mostly remote work with clients, so smaller amount of travel compared to other consultanting firms Work with great technology (SFDC, Apple, Google, Workday,....), great ideas (TopCoder), and great people

Cons

Organisation and communication is somewhat lacking at times Clarity of vision and direction difficult to understand at times
