Work remotely. Great network. Expert team. International. Great culture, tools. Almost Microsoft free. Top kit. Apple macs all round. Trusting and professional.

Cons

Utilisation target does not exclude holidays. Unfair calculation that is claimed to be industry standard but isn't. Business investment decisions can adversely affect UTE.
