SFDC, WorkDay and Cornerstone-on-Demand are key examples here. I have been in conferences/meetups with other implementer/organization, the kind of respect Appirians receive is truly gratifying! - WFH: Appirio is a 100% cloud based company. In fact, no one needs to manage servers here - everything is via Cloud Apps. Features like these enables you to get into a very easy Work-from-home culture. You don't need VPNs or other overheads to make yourself up for Working from anywhere. Cons
- Work life balance: At times Work-Life-Balance gets affected in such competitive environment though we got Fun activities and compensation for the same. In some cases we need to completely sync with US hours - not generally, but it happens. Company should do something to turn the table here. - Onshore Opportunities: Having a majorly US driven sales/execution model makes it lesser onshore opportunities to the people here. Appirio must do something here.
