      Really Great Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Great culture, work life balance, awesome LT, great recognition, achievable OTE. Inclusive environment with great out of work social. Great managerial support.

      Cons

      Not the best on boarding, career progression can be slow if you're looking to jump ranks quick.

On boarding is a core area we have focussed on over the last 12 months and I very much hope and know strides have been made in this regard but if you have further areas that we could improve on I would be keen to get your thoughts.       Great people, interesting but tough projects, constant challenge

      Pros

      Snacks from Ocado :) Everyone I work with feels like they are working in the same direction, you are not battling your colleagues for recognition or petty reasons. Management team are typically pretty relaxed and open. I feel I can be frank and honest with them and they will be with me

      Cons

      While the projects that I work on provide a constant challenge (a good thing) sometimes we make things harder than they need to be (lack of diligence, typically in project startup period)

      Great and Mature company with Immature salary/benefits

      Pros

      - extremely transparent - very supportive & knowledgable colleagues - semi diverse executive team - CEO seems like an awesome guy to hang out with after hours

      Cons

      - no 401k matching - no formal process for merit increases - lower salaries with higher bonus percentages. - bonuses are dependent upon the time staffed on a project which is out of your control so if you aren't staffed you don't get a bonus - lack of career pathing
