Pros

I love the vision and mission of Appirio and am thankful every day to be part of such a transformational organization. You have the freedom and autonomy to be creative and are enabled to succeed.

Cons

I wouldn't call it a con, but a challenge for some may be the speed at which we work, and the constant change to keep up with the market.

Love hearing this feedback and love the subject that "this company changed my life". Glad to hear you have the tools and autonomy to succeed. I would agree it's a very fast paced organization which does make it fun and exciting but do agree there needs to be an interest to work in that type of environment. Thanks for this feedback!

Pros

Appirio has a very flexible way of working. No Time tracking to office and good transport facility are some of the merits.

Cons

Very poor resource management and lack of understanding with the employees. Higher management have no work except of some fake meetings. These meetings and 1-1 talks with managers does not solve any problem.

As regards to your feedback on ""Very Poor Resource Management"" - it came across as little vague and I'm not sure if you addressed it our consulting operations or individual growth opportunity. Regardless I'll address both - Firstly on the Consulting Ops we have fairly mature process where individual skills and availability are validated and thereafter relevant stakeholder are duly informed. We also have fairly mature Delivery Management/Governance mechanism that ensure proper oversight is made available to our Jaipur based consultants. Secondly on the Individual growth/learning opportunity we a robust Learning & Development program called Jaipur Academy which is enabling our consultants at Role, Skills and Leadership development. It seems you're not happy with your 1:1 format between you and your manager (do note that 1:1 format is for you and your manager to decide/agree upon), please share this feedback with your manager so that you both use this time for your advantage. Pros

Nice Energetic People around. Fun loving colleagues.

Cons

1)Increments - They just talk about it. 2)Changes so frequent that you can not digest. 3)Like Salesforce releases Appirio have different Policiy versions - Summer, Spring,Winter. 4)Bringing everyone towards the median in monetary sense won't work out. You can not just stop anyone from growing. 5)And finally the COLA - 6 in Appirio Cafeteria's, Low on calories and Increments too.

Thanks for your feedback. We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address a couple of your specific concerns here. We're a fast growing company with lots of growth opportunities which basically implies we'll continue to evolve our policies to best meet our employees and scales needs however please be assured that you and right opportunities for you is """"the center of gravity"""" in all our planning efforts. I or anyone from the management team will be more than happy to talk to you and spend time with you to explain the new compensation philosophy and how that will apply in your situation. In Appirio we have a very performance driven culture, and we believe in creating a fast track career progression for our Rock-stars/High-performers. We have a real time real promotion philosophy which enables the business to recognize performance and promote people when they are ready to take up higher responsibilities and not have to wait for a focal point cycle. At the same time we recognize that there are some employees who will continue to strive for higher standards of performance and might not have scaled to high performance mark and we do recognize them and award them Annual Compensation Adjustments. We strongly believe that this new compensation philosophy is an enabler for performance and real time recognition of the same. However, if you have specific feedback about the policy, please to reach out to your Manager or HR Business Partner or anyone else from my management team or me directly.
