Serious level of micromanagement. Lack of funding for basic activities. Lack of flexibilities with regards to how you to do your job. Statutory minimum holiday days. No social life in the building. Food is great but you have to pay for it. Subsidised but still more expensive than other companies with subsidised food and tbh it is industry standard to offer free food. Shows greed with the company culture.

Pay just above minimum wage, bare minimum of holidays that you have to go through a lot of bureaucracy to get approved. Making it as difficult as possible to give feedback but when you do state "thanks for your feedback" and do nothing about it. You will only get promoted and/or recognised if management likes you. If not, you could invent the next iPhone and you'll never get anywhere. Often dirty and smelly facilities. A lack of innovation and a tendency to do things over and over again without implementing feedback that has been given by hundreds of people for years. Poorly trained advisors due to high fluctuation trying to be "supervisors" leading to nobody really knowing what they are doing.
