Pros

Salary, Food and Free shuttle bus from MRT-station

Cons

Too much micro-management Always monitored by management. Can barely go to toilet without getting message from boss about being inactive. Too high expectations from Management to hit KPI - they care more about quantity than quality. No team morale. Management don't even introduce you to your colleagues when you start. No communication with management except for when you do something "wrong" like taking too long to get your coffee.

Pros

Benefits are the only reason I'm working here.

Cons

They do not care about how long you've been with the company. New employees get paid just as much if not more than employees that have been there for several years. Internal hiring is not a thing at apple so don't expect a promotion unless you hit their unrealistic numbers. They're more likely to hire someone from starbucks who has no idea what they're doing than promote someone who's been there forever. Bottom line is this: You can be great at your job and not receive a promotion. Also tenure does not matter at all. The other option is to kiss your manager's "insert word here". Your best bet is to get some years under your belt and find a better job elsewhere.
