*Good benefits (medical insurance, dental cover, eye care, gym membership...) *Aparently it “looks good on your CV”
Cons
*Benefits don’t put bread on the table. Does not make up for the low wages for non-salaried staff *Financially stunted wages and “rises” (sun inflation for several years in a row) *Glass ceiling - very little progression, specifically in retail stores *Advocates equal pay for equal work but staff in same roles will be on different rates of pay *Inherent sexism (low percentage of females in “advanced” roles) *Demands more than they are willing to give *Poor work/life balance as they will not implement set shifts patterns *Absolutely reeking of hypocrisy in their culture and values
