      Pros

      At the beginning you can learn a lot and see how a big company works. Depending on teams, data scientists have a lot of freedom.

      Cons

      Unstructured. Infra structure is not as great as some other big companies. Growth is slow which is natural for big companies.

      Good benefits, 27% discount on Apple products

      Cons

      Soul destroying. Was great at the start and even first and second year. Ended up being Tier 2. So if someone rang Apple and was upset or it was too technical for Tier 1 they would pass them to us. I didn’t want to get out of bed for most days. In another job now which is much less pay but I would never go back, money isn’t everything.

      Pros

      Amazing company culture. You can tell that they really care about you and your well-being. I had a great team as well. I worked at the Norfolk, VA location, and we had a great team. They also give you a development leader who gives you quarterly reviews which is great to see how you progress.

      Cons

      The work load and emphasis on scores and satisfaction got to be a little overbearing at times. It's also hard at times moving up in a company.
