Pros

For the most part people are friendly. The company does a great job of providing extras that make the office a great place to be. Great benefits package. Lots of opportunities to get involved in the community.

Cons

Departments work in silos and don't communicate with each other. Management expects to receive the best from the employee without providing adequate training and support. Office politics are terrible and cause the company to lose good people.

Focus on development of individuals by all managers, HR processes not helping in this.

Cons

To much HR driven. unnecessary processes with unrealistic expectations. Will make you very pricey in the market. Not too much technical work. Bring changes very fast.
