I have been at Aristocrat for over 4 years and had an opportunity to take on more challenges and expand my role many times. I feel encouraged and supported and enjoy the focus on People & Culture. I work with great people everyday and am surrounded by products that look amazing and we can be proud of.

Cons

Its a tough industry so you have to be passionate about what you do but if you are its well worth it

Great people and culture and a real sense of teamwork. I have worked at Aristocrat for a short time and am really impressed with the level of engagement with people and its focus on attracting and retaining great talent. I feel lucky to have such a great job in a great company :)
