      A place not for aggressive workers

      Pros

      Nice Culture, relaxed and chilled. Vibrant atmosphere. Additional benefits are good.

      Cons

      Has issues many big companies would have. Crowded system, inefficient structure. If you are a sharp and 'get things done' type of person you would just been slowed or stopped. Also some employees can just sit, do nothing, without deliverables over years.

      Pros

      Great opportunities to work with various teams (e.g. finance, marketing, and research) to prototype business and research data and find actionable insights. Compensation is good. Care about employees' personal developments and wellbeing. Great diversity in the company. Value different culture and background.

      Cons

      Workplace needs to be improved. For example, desks are not deep enough for monitors.
