Pros

ARM gives the employees a very good work-life balance. The internal communications are quite transparent from top to bottom. Whatever you want to do, you can propose and execute it.

Cons

There is no clear role and responsibility. Much lower salary compared to this field

Pros

Exposure to next gen technology, good communication in general, good management, no artificial work pressure, good opportunities to try different roles. Excellent business model, and innovative products. Frequent feel good perks like team outings etc.

Cons

Sometimes resources are short and project phases progess in parallel, leading to some issues. Challenging to introduce changes in processes, there is resistance to be overcome.
