I am in software 1. Not regular Interview customized for the job 2. Open Culture - I have felt transparency in almost everything. 3. Upcoming London Trip :) 4. Overall great work life balance.

Cons

1. Interviews could be shorter mine spanned almost 3 months 2. Cafeteria food could be better. 3. Cappuccino/Latte Machine in each floor needed.
