Like you said, everyone is friendly, smart and highly skilled, so make it a goal to meet someone new each week and learn from them! Cambridge is a fantastic city, and as its prestige has grown, so has the city and population. That means it has gotten more expensive to live in with the housing prices, something which is unfortunately out of our control. Thanks for leaving a review! We love to challenge our employees, as well as make sure are well rested to take on the challenge of the industry. As far adjustment for local living expenses, this has been noted by many others regarding Cambridge, and sadly a factor outside our control. However, compensation across all regions/teams is being reviewed by the Rewards team, and they will make adjustments where necessary once completed.
