Pros
Equal importance given to employee-centric events, Non-profit events and tech summits and presentations which are held throughout the year ; Quarterly check-ins from the upper management which helps the employees be aware of the company ongoings; great employee benefits tops the list in comparison to other tech companies. I would also like to mention that - Arm has been extremely supportive throughout the pandemic for its employees and their families to navigate through these though times. Thank you Arm
