- The Cambridge campus is amazing - Great environment and culture with a focus on graduates developing and learning - Impactful and fulfilling work - Flexible environment with mixed remote/office - Great benefits

Cons

- Mandatory in office Tuesdays and Thursdays, perhaps consecutive days would be nicer but this is nit picking - really it’s another pro that it’s non mandatory other days
