      A good place to work

      Pros

      There are a lot of options for employee well-being 1) Ergo chair and work desks 2) Canteen with coffee machine, tea. Free fruits on Tuesdays, free breakfast on Thursdays. 3) Gym 4) Stress management classes

      Cons

      1) Car parking is not available for all due to lack of parking spaces. 2) Heating is not sufficient on some floors.

      Pros

      Challenging and stimulating work, in a supportive environment. Great comp and bens and good facilities in Cambridge offices. Cliche, I know but the people are great - smart, hard working (on the whole ;-)) and willing to help.

      Cons

      Not a con as such, but the pace is fast and thing change quickly. I like it but it may not be for everyone.

      A Great Company and Place (Trondheim) to Be Part Of

      A challenging environment where there is always something to learn and possibility to grow Great teams and supportive colleagues Emphasis on work / life balance and flexible work schedules Compensation is great, including RSUs The company offers extra vacation days on top of the minimum mandatory ones Different types of activities outside work throughout the year

      I cannot think of any.
