Love this! It’s fantastic to hear you’re enjoying the culture, the work and the people – we agree, Arm attracts some of the best talent in the industry. We’re glad you’re finding the projects exciting and the benefits valuable too. You’re right that this isn’t always a 9–5 job – pushing boundaries takes passion and energy – but we back that intensity with generous time off and flexibility to help people recharge. Sounds like you made the most of your time as an apprentice at Arm – we’re really proud of the scale, structure and community behind our early careers programmes, and it’s brilliant to hear the team rotation, mentoring and support helped you grow. Balancing university studies and work can definitely be a challenge, especially when the academic content doesn’t always align perfectly with day-to-day tasks.
