      Good salary and selection of benefits

      Cons

      Treats people appallingly, under pressure to work over 60 hours per week and then written off as not having skills as soon as you reach 40. Pays lip service to DE&I, discrimination is rife and bullying is the norm.

      Pros

      Not really sure as they have gained fame but the roots are rotting.

      Cons

      I've applied several times to arm and have been invited for interviews. Much ahead of accepting my interview invite, I do check if they're going to reimburse the travel expenses - to which they proudly acknowledge. After the interview there is no response to the status of the interview nor the claim requests.
