Arm reviews

The first thing that struck me when I joined Arm is how truly people-centric it seemed. I felt that this is a company where I can be unashamedly myself and be recognized for who I am rather than what is written in a job role. The way Arm has treated it's employees over the pandemic has bourn that out with true care for us as whole human beings with families and personal lives displayed consistently. Beyond that, Arm is a fun and challenging place to work with intelligent and motivated colleagues.

The company is interested in keeping employees happy and healthy. There is many tools and mechanisms available to keep employees healthy mentaly and phisically. Many trainings to help you develop technically and also personally/psicologicaly in a way that the culture of the company is shared by all and all contribute to a confortable environment and an ethical workplace.
