      Pros

      Great work culture. Great work/life balance. Classed as a full time employee from day 1 even as an apprentice so you get access to all perks and great benefits. Good core beliefs that are actually used not just for show. Unlimited free coffee. ☕ (And it's actually good coffee)

      I always miss the doughnuts 😭

      The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

      Pros

      Arm employs some of the best engineers in the world. There was so much to learn here and excellent people to learn with. They're pushing the boundaries of what is possible with current technology.

      Cons

      There was a very high pressure to complete the project within an unreasonable timeline, with no downtime between projects. There was an inconsistent application of rules for remote working / remote management. The DEI program didn't seem wholeheartedly supported and was enforced with poorly explained rules.

      I get to work with some of the best people in the world on some of the most interesting engineering challenges in the world.

      The pace of change is high, and it can take time to understand how to effect change in the organisation.
