Thanks for leaving a review. Looking at your review more granularly, you give us an overall rating of 3 stars, yet rate 5 stars on everything but Comp & Benefits. I'm surprised that you found the work not very exciting, as most everyone I talk with in my office travels are fairly positive on the work they are doing, especially given the challenging nature of the work. Seeing as you are no longer with ARM, I do encourage you to expand your skillset at your current place of employment and possibly come back to ARM in the future as a boomerang hire and continue to help grow the ARM Ecosystem! -Rick C. ARM CORE BELEIF's are limited to Cambridge and are myth ! Myth I say, because have joined this company as a graduate to be a contributor in it's success. Not allowed (ALLOWED) to learn until now !!! I condemn it. HR and Management probably need to focus more on current employee's rather than acquisition !

- Smart people working on interesting projects - Friendly (and highly international) work environment - Lots of interns; various social events organised - Only one meeting per week - Decent canteen - Executive team and HR are very professional - New buildings should form a great campus

Cons

- Seriously sub-par IT for such a high-tech company - Project management model was designed for hardware, so doesn't always fit software projects - Some projects under-resourced - Sometimes a bit *too* professional. Internal and external communication is often heavily sanitised by marketing and legal departments
