      There is an amazing and huge networked community that supports you in reaching your every goal, whether it is a carrier move or a project deliverable. It is amazing to experience such an open, inclusive and supportive community where technical knowledge and passion are mostly valued.

      Cons

      Program and project decisions are not always consistent and well backed by different organisational groups.

      Terrible place except for CT and CE groups

      Terrible infighting at senior executive level. Senior management does not plan, hires without cause and then changes mandates and groups at the drop of a hat. Employees are treated poorly, even bullied
