- Great work-life balance - you are never expected to work weekends or on holidays. Company really respects your time off - Great culture - people are approachable and helpful

Cons

- Lean teams so its hard to get help sometimes - Very inflexible about work from home from outside US, unlike many other Tech companies

Cons

Work till midnight to get annual review credit. Organise meetings to get annual review credit. No more Zoom, its too complicated for the new people to learn.
